About the event

This is not a traditional gala. This is a declaration.  The Black Love, Black Future Gala celebrates legacy, honors love in all its forms, and launches a revolutionary fund designed to meet real needs for Detroiters, from housing support to creative projects to healing, aligned with Aya House’s five pillars. Enjoy music, food, and entertainment for ages 16 and up. Proceeds will support Aya House operations and seed the Detroit Love Fund.
